I. Product Introduction

II. Product Features

2.1 Low Loss & High Energy Efficiency

Adopting a special electromagnetic optimization design scheme, the transformer realizes a 10% reduction in no-load loss and a 3-5% reduction in load loss compared with the current national standards through refined core lamination, winding arrangement and magnetic leakage suppression technology, fully exceeding the national first-level energy efficiency standard.

The low-loss feature not only significantly reduces the daily operation and maintenance costs for users, but also helps the power grid achieve the goal of low-carbon emission reduction, conforming to the development trend of green energy.

2.2 Low Noise & Environmental Friendliness

Aiming at the core mechanism of transformer noise generation, unique noise reduction measures are adopted for key components such as the iron core, windings, oil tank and cooling device: optimize the magnetic circuit structure of the iron core to reduce magnetostrictive vibration, adopt elastic support and damping materials to isolate vibration transmission, and reduce radiation noise through the structural optimization of the oil tank.

The noise level of the product during self-cooling operation is 3~5 decibels better than the national standard, which can meet the usage requirements of noise-sensitive areas such as urban residential areas and commercial centers.

2.3 Partial Discharge-Free & High Reliability

Introducing a modern enterprise management model, we realize dust-free operation throughout the whole process to avoid the impact of dust and impurities on the insulation system from the source; all metal and insulating parts inside the transformer body are rounded to eliminate the hidden danger of tip discharge and accurately control the partial discharge quantity.

Combined with strict insulation testing and factory acceptance tests, the product has strong corona and aging resistance, ensuring long-term operation with High Reliability and greatly reducing the risk of sudden failures.

2.4 Leak-Free & High Safety

All sealing parts are made of high-performance acrylate materials with excellent oil resistance, temperature resistance and aging resistance; at the same time, a one-piece molding technology without joints is adopted to eliminate leakage channels in structure.

Triple detection procedures including fluorescent leak detection, positive pressure leak test and negative pressure leak test are carried out synchronously in the production process to ensure the product is Leak-Free under extreme working conditions such as temperature and pressure changes, completely eliminating potential safety hazards such as fire and environmental pollution caused by oil leakage, and reflecting High Safety.

2.5 High Overload Capacity & Long Service Life

Relying on the advanced thermal management system and the selection of high-temperature resistant insulating materials, the product has excellent High Overload Capacity and can cope with short-term load impacts (such as peak power consumption on holidays and new energy grid connection fluctuations).

By optimizing the heat dissipation structure and the design of insulation aging inhibition, the speed of insulation degradation is effectively slowed down, the service life of the equipment is prolonged, Long Service Life operation is realized, and the replacement and maintenance costs of users throughout the life cycle are reduced.

IV. Manufacturing Process

1. Iron Core Manufacturing: High-grade grain-oriented silicon steel sheets are adopted, processed by high-precision shearing and annealing. The step lap joint technology is used in lamination to reduce no-load loss and noise.

2. Winding Manufacturing: Constant tension winding and transposition optimization are adopted to improve the mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance of the windings. Combined with vacuum drying and oil impregnation process, the insulation performance is guaranteed.

3. Transformer Body Assembly: Dust-free workshop operation is carried out throughout the whole process. All metal and insulating parts inside the transformer body are rounded, and the assembly accuracy and cleanliness are strictly controlled.

4. Oil Tank & Sealing: Made of high-quality steel plates by welding with anti-corrosion treatment on the inner wall; all sealing surfaces are finished with precision machining, and the sealing parts are molded in one piece to ensure Leak-Free.

5. Factory Acceptance Test: A full set of type tests and factory acceptance tests are carried out, including loss test, noise test, partial discharge detection, leakage detection, etc., to fully verify the High Reliability and High Safety of the product.
