2. Low Loss and High Energy Efficiency: Optimizing the core magnetic circuit design, adopting high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, combined with H-class special electromagnetic wires, greatly reducing no-load loss and load loss, and can maintain high efficiency even under high-load working conditions, helping the heavy industry field reduce production energy consumption and achieve energy saving and efficiency increase.
3. Open-Type and Strong Heat Dissipation: Adopting non-encapsulated open-type structure, the core and coil are directly in contact with air, with large heat dissipation area and high heat dissipation efficiency, no additional forced cooling equipment is needed, it can adapt to the operating conditions of high load and large temperature rise, and effectively avoid equipment failures caused by overheating.
4. Impact Resistance and Strong Stability: Aiming at the high-load and strong-impact power consumption characteristics of the heavy industry field, the mechanical structure and winding fixing method of the equipment are optimized, the dynamic and thermal stability and short-circuit resistance are improved, which can resist voltage fluctuations and large current impacts in the power grid, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment under harsh working conditions.

Easy Maintenance and Repairable: The non-encapsulated open-type structure makes the core components such as core and coil unobstructed, which is convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to observe the equipment operating status in real time.
