II. Product Features

2.1 Low Loss

The iron core of the transformer is made of high-quality high-magnetic-conductivity cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with multi-stage fully mitered seam automatic lamination. The iron core binding adopts an integral pressing process, which effectively reduces the no-load loss and no-load current of the transformer and achieves an excellent low loss effect.

2.2 High-Temperature Safety

The transformer operates with absolute high-temperature safety in an ambient temperature exceeding 40℃ without any impact on its service life. It provides an excellent solution for ensuring safe power supply during peak load periods, and its high-temperature safety performance fully meets the operation requirements of high-temperature working conditions.

2.3 Leak-free

The oil tank and conservator of the transformer have passed positive and negative pressure leak tests, and the component installation adopts a flange groove structure, which fundamentally prevents oil leakage and realizes a lifelong leak-free operation of the equipment.

2.4 Short-circuit Resistance

The coil of the transformer is made of semi-hard copper wire, and the iron core clamping parts meet the safety requirements of the maximum short-circuit mechanical force; the winding adopts integral assembly and integral compression to ensure assembly accuracy, which greatly enhances the short-circuit resistance of the transformer and effectively resists short-circuit impact.

III. Manufacturing Process

3.1 Iron Core Manufacturing

Adopting high-magnetic-conductivity cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core is processed by automatic shearing, multi-stage fully mitered seam lamination and integral pressing to ensure uniform magnetic circuit and the lowest loss, which is the core process to realize the low loss of the transformer.

3.2 Coil Manufacturing

The coil is wound with semi-hard copper wire and processed by integral assembly technology, followed by vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection treatment to ensure stable insulation performance, which provides a solid structural support for the short-circuit resistance and high-temperature safety of the transformer.

3.3 Oil Tank Manufacturing

The steel plate is welded and formed, then sandblasted for derusting and anti-corrosion coating, and has passed positive/negative pressure leak tests. The sealing structure adopts flange groove parts, which completely eliminates the risk of oil leakage and realizes the whole-life leak-free performance of the oil tank.

3.4 Final Assembly and Testing

After integral assembly, the transformer undergoes factory tests including no-load test (verifying low loss), load test (verifying low loss), withstand voltage test (verifying high-temperature safety), short-circuit test (verifying short-circuit resistance) and sealing test (verifying leak-free performance), ensuring that all product performance meets the standard requirements.
