This significantly reduces no-load losses and operational noise. Windings are made from high-purity oxygen-free copper, offering excellent electrical strength, mechanical strength, and heat dissipation capabilities. The transformer demonstrates outstanding short-circuit resistance, effectively withstanding grid load impacts.
The equipment tank is welded from premium steel plates, undergoing sealing, acid washing, phosphating, and multi-layer paint coating for superior corrosion resistance and sealing, adapting to diverse environmental operating demands. Utilizing insulating oil as the core insulation and heat dissipation medium, it exhibits excellent thermal stability, maintaining stable operating temperatures under high-load conditions.
The overall structure features a compact design, resulting in operational losses significantly below industry benchmarks. No-load losses are markedly reduced compared to national standards, combining high energy efficiency with extended service life. The rated voltage configuration supports 35/38.5kV high-voltage and 0.4kV low-voltage conversion requirements, with connection group designations including mainstream specifications like Dyn11 and Yyn0. This enables precise matching to diverse distribution system wiring requirements.
