Product Introduction

This series of products serves as core distribution equipment for 35kV high-voltage power distribution networks, with rated capacities ranging from 50kVA to 1600kVA. Featuring a three-phase dual-winding structure and oil-immersed cooling design, it incorporates no-load tap-changing technology. Both core performance and manufacturing processes meet the stringent standards of the power industry.

 The core utilizes high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, constructed with a multi-level stepped structure featuring fully skewed, hole-free binding. This significantly reduces no-load losses and operational noise. Windings are made from high-purity oxygen-free copper, offering excellent electrical strength, mechanical strength, and heat dissipation capabilities. The transformer demonstrates outstanding short-circuit resistance, effectively withstanding grid load impacts.

The equipment tank is welded from premium steel plates, undergoing sealing, acid washing, phosphating, and multi-layer paint coating for superior corrosion resistance and sealing, adapting to diverse environmental operating demands. Utilizing insulating oil as the core insulation and heat dissipation medium, it exhibits excellent thermal stability, maintaining stable operating temperatures under high-load conditions.

The overall structure features a compact design, resulting in operational losses significantly below industry benchmarks. No-load losses are markedly reduced compared to national standards, combining high energy efficiency with extended service life. The rated voltage configuration supports 35/38.5kV high-voltage and 0.4kV low-voltage conversion requirements, with connection group designations including mainstream specifications like Dyn11 and Yyn0. This enables precise matching to diverse distribution system wiring requirements.
