Ultra-Low Loss and High Energy Efficiency: The core adopts amorphous alloy core material, whose magnetic permeability is much higher than that of traditional silicon steel sheets, the no-load loss is reduced by more than 70% compared with traditional dry-type transformers, the load loss is optimally designed, the overall energy efficiency is far higher than the national first-class energy efficiency standard, greatly reducing the operating energy consumption of the distribution system and achieving significant energy-saving benefits.
2. Fire and Explosion Proof, Safe and Environmental Protection: Adopting epoxy resin vacuum casting dry-type oil-free structure, eliminating the risk of oil leakage and explosion, the fire rating reaches H class, can be directly installed in indoor, personnel-intensive places and green buildings, no harmful gas release, meeting the requirements of environmental protection and safety protection.
3. Low Noise and Low Excitation: The amorphous alloy core has excellent excitation characteristics, the no-load current is much lower than that of traditional transformers, combined with stepped joint technology and elastic support structure, effectively suppressing electromagnetic noise and mechanical vibration, the operating noise is 5-10dB lower than that of traditional dry-type transformers, adapting to noise-sensitive scenarios such as green buildings and residential areas.
4. Moisture and Corrosion Resistance, Stable Operation: The epoxy resin casting has a dense fully insulated structure, good moisture, mildew and corrosion resistance, can adapt to complex environments such as high humidity, much dust and coastal salt spray; the equipment has excellent dynamic and thermal stability and strong short-circuit resistance, can resist the load fluctuation of the distribution system and ensure long-term stable operation.
5. Maintenance-Free and Long Service Life: The fully sealed insulation structure has no wearing parts, the amorphous alloy core and coil adopt a special fixing method with strong anti-aging ability, no maintenance under normal working conditions, the service life of the equipment can reach more than 30 years, greatly reducing the operation and maintenance cost and improving the comprehensive cost performance of the equipment.
6.
