YB series European-style prefabricated substation (referred to as European-style box substation) is the most widely used prefabricated power equipment. It adopts modular design, independently separates the high-voltage switch room, transformer room and low-voltage power distribution room, with regular structure and convenient maintenance. It strictly follows the GB/T 17467-2020 industry standard, has the advantages of safety and reliability, stable operation and strong versatility, can be flexibly customized according to scene needs, is suitable for various power transmission scenarios, and is the core equipment for terminal power supply of distribution networks.
II.Core Features
Regular Structure: Three independent compartments design, each area has clear functions and standardized wiring, which is convenient for daily inspection, maintenance and fault troubleshooting. The transformer room adopts a combination of natural ventilation and forced ventilation for heat dissipation, with excellent heat dissipation effect, improving the equipment overload capacity and ensuring stable power supply.
Flexible Configuration:Oil-immersed or dry-type transformers can be configured on demand, the high-voltage side supports two power supply modes: ring network and terminal, and the low-voltage side can be configured withreactive power compensation devices and intelligent metering instruments, adapting to 6kV, 10kV and 35kV voltage levels, with capacity covering 50kVA-2500kVA and extremely strong versatility.
Safety Protection: The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with double-layer anti-corrosion coating, and the protection level reaches IP54, which can effectively resist dust, rain and external impact; the high-voltage room is equipped with high-voltage ring network cabinet or KYN28 cabinet type, with complete "five prevention" functions, eliminating potential safety hazards caused by misoperation and low failure rate.
Environmental Protection and Low Noise: Adopt low-loss transformer and noise reduction structure design, the operating noise is ≤55dB, which meets the noise control requirements of residential areas and commercial areas. The cabinet coating is made of environmentally friendly materials, no harmful gas emission, conforming to the concept of green power development.
III.Application Scenarios
Urban residential districts, industrial and commercial parks, office buildings, shopping malls, municipal projects, rural power grid transformation, new energy supporting projects (photovoltaic and wind power supporting step-up), etc. It is especially suitable for terminal power supply or transit power supply scenarios of distribution networks that require high maintenance convenience and stable operation, and have relatively sufficient installation space.

The YB series prefabricated substation is an integrated indoor and outdoor power transformation and distribution complete set of equipment composed of high-voltage switchgear, power transformers and low-voltage switchgear. It features a frame structure made of welded section steel or assembled steel plates with a special paint coating, delivering excellent mechanical properties, weather resistance and corrosion resistance; the top is equipped with a thermal insulation layer to prevent condensation caused by sharp temperature changes, and additional insulation layers can be installed around the cabinet. This series of European-style prefabricated substations integrates the primary and secondary systems including remote control, which are fully assembled, installed and tested in the factory and then placed in one or several movable, fully enclosed, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion boxes, allowing on-site power transmission only after foundation construction and simple connection. It supports fully intelligent data collection and analysis to realize active operation and maintenance and energy management for various scenarios, and can be equipped with CT, PT, protection and communication devices on the high-voltage side as well as intelligent acquisition and protection instruments on the low-voltage side, realizing "three remote" functions for high and low-voltage switches and transformers. It is suitable for places free of fire hazards, explosion risks, chemical corrosion and severe vibration with a ground inclination of no more than 5 degrees.
