This product features excellent sealing performance to protect against wind, sand, salt fog, rain and snow. Adopting advanced electrostatic spraying technology, its enclosure is not easy to rust or fade. The outer casing has strong environmental adaptability and can be selected according to different environments, with the advantages of attractive appearance and coordination with wind power scenarios. It supports intelligent control, allowing both local control and remote monitoring to realize four-remote functions. The box-type substation is equipped with sufficient natural ventilation and thermal insulation measures, and forced ventilation will be activated when the ambient temperature approaches 40°C to ensure the normal operation of the step-up transformer. Suitable for wind and photovoltaic power plants, the YBF series wind and photovoltaic substations are special equipment that boosts the 0.6–0.69kV voltage generated by wind power generating units to 10kV or 35kV for grid-connected output.

Strong Resistance to Harsh Environment: Aiming at the outdoor open-air installation characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic power stations, the box body is made of high-strength cold-rolled steel plate, treated with pickling, phosphating, electrostatic spraying and anti-corrosion coating, with excellent wind, rain, dust, salt fog and ultraviolet resistance, and can adapt to complex natural environments such as plateaus, deserts, coastal areas and mountainous areas.
3. High Adaptability to New Energy Working Conditions: Aiming at the characteristics of wind speed fluctuation of wind power and light change of photovoltaic, the performance of transformer and electrical components is optimized, the ability of the equipment to resist load fluctuation and voltage flicker is improved, adapting to the intermittency and instability of new energy power generation, and ensuring stable power output and grid connection.
4. Intelligent Remote Monitoring: Equipped with an intelligent monitoring system, reserved with Internet of Things communication interface, which can realize real-time monitoring and remote transmission of equipment operating status, current and voltage, power factor, temperature and other parameters, support remote fault early warning, parameter adjustment and operation, greatly improving the intelligent operation and maintenance level of the power station and reducing labor costs.
5.
